The story, written by Rachel Tolliver, United States Army's Cadet Command Public Affairs Officer from Fort Knox, Kentucky, features our very own JROTC Cadets Dustin and Austin Haubner, and their mother Mrs. Kim Haubner, who give sacrificially of their time and talents to offer HOPE to those in need. Grant County's HOPE (Helping Out People Everywhere) project was conceived and is run by the efforts of the Haubner family and volunteers who have joined them along the way.
