Today at GCMS, we had the pleasure of hosting Mr. Edwin Cook, Senior Army Instructor for the JROTC program at Grant County High School. Mr. Cook spoke with our 8th grade students about the JROTC program and the many opportunities it offers as they prepare for their transition to high school. We appreciate him taking the time to share this valuable information with our students.

The Christmas elves are celebrating—and so is Officer Morgan, the mastermind behind the Candy Cane Project! 🎄🍬 A huge thank you to all the parents, community sponsors, and our Indiana friends who donated candy canes and funds to support the GCMS Student Council Candy Cane service-learning project. Because of their generosity, 24 Grant County families in need were supported this Christmas season. We are incredibly grateful for the continued support of our students and community. ❤️
The sit-and-reach test is a common way to measure flexibility in the hamstrings and lower back. It involves sitting with legs straight and reaching forward as far as possible on a measuring box. Based on the score, it looks like Mr. Neutz has some flexibility work ahead!🤦♂️
