Harassment / Discrimination/Title IX
Harassment/Discrimination based on race, color, national origin, age, religion, sex or disability that is sufficiently severe, pervasive, or objectively offensive that it adversely affects a student’s education or creates a hostile or abusive educational environment is an unlawful behavior.
Hazing/Bullying refers to any intentional act by a student or groups of students directed against another student to ridicule, humiliate, or intimidate the other student while on school grounds, or at a school sponsored activity, which acts are repeated against the same student over time.
Anyone who witnesses, overhears, or is told about harassment/bullying should report such incidents to the building Title IX coordinator or principal to take corrective action.

Child Abuse – Your Duty To Report
Any person who knows or has reasonable cause to believe that a child is the victim of physical or sexual abuse SHALL make an oral or written report to the Kentucky State Police, the Cabinet for Human Resources, the Commonwealth’s Attorney or the County Attorney.
An individual may face both civil and criminal liability
for failing to report the abuse of a child.
