Since its founding in 2012, the Grant County Schools Education Foundation has been committed to empowering students and educators by funding scholarships and innovative learning opportunities. Thanks to strong investments and incredible community support, the Foundation provided over $90,000 this year to our staff, students, and school organizations!
Scholarships Awarded:
• Two $20,000 Scholarships to outstanding graduating seniors
• Four $2,500 Scholarships to seniors pursuing Technical School
Grants & Awards:
• $10,000 for GCHS Dual Credit Opportunities
• $10,000 to FFA for program support
• $12,000 in $1,000 awards to twelve student organizations
• $19,000 in $1,000 awards to nineteen teachers completing the Model Classroom Initiative
• $1,500 to one exceptional educator honored with the Committed to Excellence Award
