at Sherman Library

This program is recommended for elementary-aged students. Children will enjoy listening to stories, playing games, and creating a fun craft to take home. Please register in advance so Mrs. Bartlett can make sure there are enough supplies for everyone. We look forward to seeing you there!

This program is specifically geared for children birth - five years old! Join us this summer for a fun hour of learning for your littlest children! Thursday's this summer at the Board of Education, we will have a story, fun activity, and be available to answer any of your questions! We hope you can join us!

Summer Movie Nights:

Summer movie nights are set and this summer - we decided to try something a little bit different. We will be showing the 4 Toy Story movies at GCHS and then inviting families to go see Toy Story 5 in theaters with us. Movie nights at GCHS Auditorium are open to all families that reside in GC. Unfortunately the trip to the movies will only be for students and families that have a student enrolled in Grant County Schools. There will be free concessions at the high school showings and we will also provide concessions at the theater as well.

All movies at GCHS will be on Mondays, doors will open at 5:30 and movie will start at 6pm.

We’re still working on logistics for Toy Story 5 and the trip to the movies, but will release more information as it becomes available.

⭐Sherman Family Resource Center 2025-2026 Highlights ⭐

June food box distribution will be this Tuesday, June 2nd from 3-5:30 PM (or until boxes run out). This is open to anyone that resides in Grant County - pickup will be at the career and tech entrance at Grant County High School. No appointment needed. If you have any questions, please call Tyler at (859) 824-9739 ext. 4233.
