Welcome to Dry Ridge Elementary!

Hello DRE Families!

We are so excited to see our students back in the building once again!  There are some important items we need you to be aware of as we bring students back into the building.

All students who will be picked up by car at the end of the day need to have a car rider tag.  If you do not already have a car rider tag, please see Christi Knochelman in the main office to get one as soon as possible.

If your child is a bus rider and you are unsure what time your child’s bus will arrive or what time your child will be dropped off you can check out the Grant County Schools Transportation Schedule to get the latest information.

We have changed how traffic will flow in and out of the campus with arrival and dismissal.  To see how traffic will flow in and out of campus, please view our campus traffic flow map.  The doors will open in the morning for all car riders and bus riders at 7:15am.  All car riders and bus riders should be in the building at 7:50am.  The car rider doors will close at 7:55am.  Any car rider that arrives after 7:55am will need to check in at the main office.   In the afternoon, we will begin calling buses at 2:55pm.  We will dismiss all car riders at 2:56pm.

If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at 859-824-4484.  You can always email me at [email protected]
