PLEASE NOTE:
The following documents MUST be attached to your application prior to submission:
·         For Classified (non-teaching) positions: A copy of your high school diploma or GED
·         For Certified (teaching) positions: A copy of your college transcripts.

 

DIRECTIONS FOR USING TalentEd: 

1)      Click on the link to “TalentEd” provided above.

2)      Once the link opens, review the list of current openings. 

Click the “apply” button provided next to the position in which you are interested. 

3)      If, after reviewing the job description, you feel you are a qualified candidate, click the link to the right of the page entitled, “Apply for This Position.”

4)   Next, if you are a first-time “TalentEd” user, refer to the “I am a new applicant” column at the left and click on “Create a New Account and Apply”.

5)   Complete your applicant profile (saving your newly created user name and password in a safe place), then “Save”

6)      Complete application, then “Submit”

 

If there is more than one position for which you wish to apply (or you return later to apply for positions posted in the future) repeat steps 1-3 above, then,

 
       4)  Refer to the center column entitled “I already have an account with Grant 
            County” and submit your user name and password.
       5)  Proceed as directed.

Kentucky SB101 requires ALL school applicants to have a letter from the Cabinet for Health & Family Services  indicating no child abuse or neglect.  (CANS Check / DPP-156)
This backgroud check MUST be completed online, at a cost of $10.00, payable when you submit your request.  It will be necessary to provide the Grant County Board of Education a copy of the findings.
