Distinguished Alumni

Grant County Schools Education Foundation was formed in 2012 with the mission to:  “Provide funding for scholarships to graduating Grant County Schools seniors and to provide grant money to finance education projects, such as character education and model classroom grants given to all schools in the Grant County School District”.  Beginning in 2015, an additional function of the Grant County Schools Education Foundation has been to establish a formal process to recognize Distinguished Alumni of Grant County Schools who have made exemplary achievements and/or contributions to society through their work or other notable activities.

We recognize our Distinguished Alumni each spring culminating as the special guest at graduation.  Each of the Distinguished Alumni below has enhanced our community.  Please take a few moments to read through their accomplishments.  Through Grant County Schools 58 years we have many Distinguished Alumni, we are currently accepting nominations.  Please use the link to the right to submit a Distinguished Alumni that you know!
