All grant county employees have the ability to use their school account to login and access any computer in the district.  All computer equipment is inventoried and monitored. Each user that is assigned equipment is responsible for the care and security of the device.

General Users

• All personnel have access to computers in the district.

• Most personnel are assigned a workstation to perform their daily duties.

• Users that have the need to travel between schools are assigned a laptop or a Chromebook

Teachers

Most teachers are assigned a workstation in the classroom that is connected to a Promethean Activboard system. Each Activboard system is equipped with the following hardware

• Computer

• Activboard cart

• Sound system

• Document Camera

• Microphone

• Webcam

Most elementary teachers have access to at least two workstations in the classroom for student work.

Most teachers are assigned a Chromebook.

Special Ed Teachers

• Most special education teachers are assigned a workstation in their classroom.

• Most elementary special education teachers have access to at least four workstations in the classroom for student work.

• All special education teachers are assigned a Chromebook
